Offering one-to-one counselling for adults, children and young people (CYP) in a safe and supportive environment.

Thank you for the school counsellors who continue to provide outstanding therapeutic support to those who are struggling or are distressed. May this valuable work continue to benefit those who need it for many years to come.

Thanks for the volunteer counsellors, those that have dedicated years, and those that have recently joined us. Thank you for giving of their time, empathy and compassion to help so many people who experience mental health challenges.

For all of us to come to work with joy and purpose every day and service those we support with patience, love and kindness.
